A little brother for Golly

 Hello my dear readers,

A little brother was born.  His sister is pleased .  I can assure you that both knitted dolls look much better than they do in these photos.

The stroller was a gift from Patty.

The drum is a Xmas tree ornament.

Made more flowers, to fill a lovely clear acrylic bead which I found in one of my favorite bead shops in Tel-Aviv.

Another beautiful ceramic bead, a gift from Mary.

And a big warm welcome to new followers

http://eridhan.blogspot.com - A wonderful giveaway on this blog, if you love to work with beads.  I do.

Rosethe

Don't forget Felma's fabulous giveaway.  It's an exquisite wedding dress and veil.

I wish all a wonderful weekend with my blessings.

Knitting and crocheting

Hello dear readers

This is what I have been upto these late days.  I still need to improve but the results are not too bad,  although am not completely satisfied.

A knitted golly girl.  I am knitting her a brother and he is almost finished.

Crocheted outdoor chairs.  I am not sure which fabric to choose.

I think the red one looks better.

It's time for raffia accessories.

The sea yielded lovely gifts and out came these boxes.  I have enough shells to make a dozen boxes.

I wish you a lovely weekend and my blessings.

Maria's gifts

Hello dear readers,

Here are more birthday gifts to show you.  I am one of the luckiest bloggers to receive so many.

All the way from Ireland came these wonderful  gifts from my dear friend Maria.  This time it
took a long while for the parcel to get here.  Our post offices got lazy.  Don't worry Maria, it only served to prolong my joy and happiness.  Getting a year older simply requires compensation....

Maria knitted all these lovely items.

Wow how I love this little angel.  The little cosmetic tray with perfume, lipstic. boxes and card
is gorgeous.

Candles in box by Maria.  A very cute painted wooden pinguin.

Bicycles and skateboard.  I intend to make a basket to hang on the handles of the
bicyles and stand them in one of my market scenes.

Cadbury chocolates.  I'm afraid  these are going to rest in peace on my hips....

THANK YOU DEAR MARIA.

I just realized that all my posts this month revolve around my received gifts.  I promise you my friends that I am working hard at making new miniatures, learning new technics which I promise to share with you if
they work out.

Blessings to all my readers

Felma's giveaway prize

A short time ago, I won,  for the second time,  a gorgeous dress created by Felma.  Felma is a very dear and generous lady who gives away a beautiful dress each month.  Her attitude towards life is unique and very special.  There is a lot we can learn from her.  The dress arrived accompanied by a beautiful greeting card and flowers.

A gorgeous dress meticulously crafted, front and back, as well as sleeves.

See how beautiful is the back of the dress.

I know the flowers were meant for a hat, but my fingers itched, and I had some free beads which served as vases, and here they are as I made them over.

I hope you like them this way.

I got carried away and made more paper flowers.

Felma's June giveaway is a surprise.  Don't forget to run and join in.

I hope you'll all enjoy  a wonderful  sunny Sunday.   Blessings to all my readers.

Birgit's gifts

I was sure  the birthday "festival" was over already, when in came an enormous surprise.  Birgit, a lovely, talented lady and one of the  favorite online friends (All of you who know her and her adorable Flutterby will agree with me), sent me a large parcel full of treasures. I was completely taken over by this delightful surprise and wondered where on earth Birgit got my address. The answer to the riddle is Ilona, a magnificent miniature artist and a lovely, generous friend. Thank you dear ladies.

An idea for making a magical garden.  A genius idea these polka dots.

Beautiful boxes.  Now I am sure to make a perfumery,  with such a wonderful selection.

An exquisite card.  I am sorry the photo doesn't do it justice.

And if one beautiful card is not enough, Birgit sent an extra one as well and a lovely wreath.

Look at this tiny innocent sheep.

Yummy marzipan.  I confess, I have a sweet tooth and cannot resist chocolate coated nuts.  This brand is absolutely delicious.

Big curious siamese cat.

A large parcel contained all these.

THANK  YOU  DEAR  BIRGIT FOR  THESE  BEAUTIFUL  GIFTS  AND FOR  PROLONGING  MY  HAPPY   BIRTHDAY.

I wish you all a wonderful weekend and good luck to all my Spanish friends who take part  in the fair.

Blessings  to  all

Beads and jewelry findings stores are out of bounds when my husband tags along. I had to satify myself with a new pair of sandals and lunch.

Tatiana and her wonderful blog I knew that here was a master miniaturist. Tatiana is not only a super talented artist she is also one of the most generous, lovable persons who shares her ideas, ways of work and also gives wonderful tutorials.
